The voting machine company Dominion Voting Systems filed a massive $1.3 billion lawsuit on Monday morning against My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell over his false claims about their voting machines.
The pillow empire CEO, who recently released a two-hour video about electlon fraud called Absolute Proof, routinely painted Dominion as complicit in an attempt to steal the 2020 election from former President Donald Trump.
The Wall Street Journal first reported the new on Monday morning.
The lawsuit accuses Lindell of making false claims, which in turn impacted the “integrity of Dominion’s voting machines.”
“The complaint alleges that Mr. Lindell made false claims about the integrity of Dominion’s voting machines and that he knew no credible evidence supported his claims that the company had stolen the election from Mr. Trump,'” the Wall Street Journal wrote.
“He is well aware of the independent audits, and paper ballot recounts conclusively disproving the Big Lie,” Dominion’s lawsuit states.
Speaking about the lawsuit on Steve Bannon’s War Room Pandemic podcast on Monday morning, Lindell asked Dominion if they can fast-track the lawsuit’s hearings and schedule them immediately.
“Can we start tomorrow?!” Lindell floated.
Lindell, during his appearance, further called the lawsuit against him great news for him and America.
“It’s a beautiful day here for America,” the My Pillow CEO stated.
